Yes, you can request items that are not typically kept in stock at our pharmacy's front-of-shop section. Please note that we have ordering cut off times, thus, you can request your order before 10:00AM on weekdays and pick them up the same day at 3PM. If you order on a Saturday it will arrive on Monday.

Due to the nature of your medication, our delivery partners cannot leave your parcel unattended. For StarTrack delivery, a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection at your convenience.

We offer a wide range of vaccinations including COVID-19, Flu, Shingles, Whooping Cough, DTPa + Polio, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Typhoid, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningococcal disease, Chicken Pox (Varicella), Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR), Polio, and HPV.

As with all vaccination providers, the pharmacist is required to make a final assessment of your eligibility to receive any vaccination on the day of your appointment. This will include completing the pre-screening process and gaining your consent to complete the vaccination service. In addition, as at other vaccination clinics, the pharmacist will request that you remain in the pharmacy for 15 minutes to monitor you for side effects from the vaccination. Finally, the pharmacist will upload the details of your vaccination to the Australian Immunisation Register.

COVID-19 vaccine doses are free for everyone in Australia.

The flu vaccination costs $25 for general patients. It is free if you are eligible under the National Immunisation Program, which includes all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over, individuals with certain medical conditions, pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy, and people aged 65 years and over. Moreover, your eScript token is safeguarded by multiple layers of encryption. Only the pharmacist can access it, and we will scan it into our trusted pharmacy software approved by the Australian Digital Health Agency, ensuring a high level of security similar to that of the PES. Your eScript token contains only essential prescription details, such as the medication, date, your initials, and potential repeats, without displaying any personal information.
