If you currently have your prescriptions mailed out by Alternaleaf and would prefer to pick-up your medication in-store at our pharmacy to save on shipping fees please follow these steps:
Reach out to Alternaleaf by email/phone to have your prescriptions forwarded to our pharmacy. You can provide them with our contact details, which are available here.
Contact our team and request for your medications to be dispensed ready for in-store pickup.
We offer various delivery options to suit your needs, all with tracking numbers for your convenience. Our standard delivery nationwide is via registered StarTrack Premium Express, priced at $15 per order, with free shipping for orders over $200. Express Post typically aims for next-business-day delivery, though times may vary based on your location. Please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery.
Yes, you can request items that are not typically kept in stock at our pharmacy's front-of-shop section.
We'll check with our suppliers to confirm if the items are available and will notify you beforehand.
Please note that we have ordering cut off times, thus, you can request your order before 10:00AM on weekdays and pick them up the same day at 3PM. If you order on a Saturday it will arrive on Monday.
To obtain an over-the-counter medication, you'll need to come into the pharmacy. Our pharmacists will consult with you to determine the most suitable over-the-counter medication to address your specific needs.

No, appointments are not mandatory for vaccinations at our pharmacy.
We welcome walk-ins, making it convenient for you to receive your vaccination without prior booking. There's no need to schedule online; simply visit our pharmacy during vaccination operating hours.
Upon arrival, you'll be required to fill out a brief paper form before receiving your vaccination.
While appointments are not mandatory for vaccinations at our pharmacy, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. It's important to note that booking ahead can guarantee availability, as walk-in appointments may be subject to availability based on demand.
As with all vaccination providers, the pharmacist is required to make a final assessment of your eligibility to receive any vaccination on the day of your appointment.
This will include completing the pre-screening process and gaining your consent to complete the vaccination service. In addition, as at other vaccination clinics, the pharmacist will request that you remain in the pharmacy for 15 minutes to monitor you for side effects from the vaccination. Finally, the pharmacist will upload the details of your vaccination to the Australian Immunisation Register.

The flu vaccination costs $25 for general patients. It is free if you are eligible under the National Immunisation Program, which includes all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over, individuals with certain medical conditions, pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy, and people aged 65 years and over. Eligibility for a COVID-19 booster vaccination are:
75 years and older: Recommended every 6 months.
65 - 74 years: Recommended at least every 12 months, but can receive every six months. Talk to your healthcare provider about the risks and benefits.
18 - 64 years:
With severe immunocompromise: Recommended at least every 12 months, but can receive every six months. Talk to your healthcare provider about the risks and benefits.
Without severe immunocompromise: Can receive every 12 months.
5 - 17 years
With severe immunocompromise: Can receive every 12 months.
Without severe immunocompromise: Not recommended.
The seasonal influenza vaccine is funded under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) for the following groups at higher risk of complications from influenza:
People aged 65 years and over
All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 6 months and over
Children aged 6 months to less than 5 years
Individuals aged 5 years and over with medical risk conditions, including:
Cardiac disease
Chronic respiratory conditions
Chronic neurological conditions
Immunocompromising conditions
Diabetes and other metabolic disorders
Chronic renal failure
Haemoglobinopathies
Children aged 6 months to 10 years on long-term aspirin therapy

However, please note that we will need the physical paper prescription or the most recent eScript to fulfil your request accurately. Once you provide the prescription, we will ensure your medication is ready for pickup at your convenience.
eScripts ensure the safety and security of your prescription information. Your prescription data is securely transmitted through the Prescription Exchange Service (PES), accessible only to authorized individuals with your permission.
Moreover, your eScript token is safeguarded by multiple layers of encryption. Only the pharmacist can access it, and we will scan it into our trusted pharmacy software approved by the Australian Digital Health Agency, ensuring a high level of security similar to that of the PES.
Your eScript token contains only essential prescription details, such as the medication, date, your initials, and potential repeats, without displaying any personal information.
