Warranty Information

Warranty claims will be processed directly by Storz & Bickel (Germany). To proceed with your inquiry, we kindly ask you to submit your details for the RMA process on their website, as the RMA is the basis for Storz & Bickel’s technical support.

Manufacturer's warranty
Storz & Bickel provide a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They assess and process these claims from Germany.

How long it lasts

Two years from the date of purchase. This extends to three years if you register the device with Storz & Bickel within four weeks of buying it.

Please register promptly. The third year depends on it and the four week window can't be reopened later.

If you have an earlier Mighty Medic rather than a Mighty+ Medic, the warranty period is two years. Everything else on this page applies equally. Give us a call if you need a hand.

What it covers

Defects in materials or workmanship in the device, arising under normal use with prescribed medicinal cannabis in line with the product's TGA approval. This includes:

  • Failure of the heating element, electronics or charging circuit not caused by misuse

  • Faults in the housing, display, buttons or vibration alarm

  • A battery or cell that is genuinely faulty, as opposed to one that has simply aged

What the manufacturer's warranty does not cover

The warranty covers defects. It doesn't cover parts that wear out with use, or the gradual drop in performance that comes with normal use over time.

  • Batteries. Storz & Bickel exclude batteries from the manufacturer's warranty as a component subject to wear. Rechargeable batteries lose capacity gradually with charge cycles, so runtime will reduce over the life of the device.

  • Other wear and consumable parts, including cooling units, mouthpieces, screens, seals, filling chambers, charging cables and power adapters

  • Physical damage, including drops and impacts

  • Damage from exposure to water, moisture or extreme temperatures

  • Use with any substance other than your prescribed medicine

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Commercial use of the device

How to initiate a warranty claim

Click here to create a customer account.
https://www.vapormed.com/en/customer/account/login/

Step 2:
Follow the link below to register your device.
https://www.vapormed.com/en/devices/customer/view/

Upload a copy of the original invoice or a valid proof of purchase.
If you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, you can upload an image of the device’s type label or the original packaging, which must clearly display the serial number of your device.

If the serial number can be verified based on the provided images, we will proceed with the registration in your S&B customer account, considering the initial selling date for warranty purposes.

This date may differ from your purchase date if the device was bought from a retailer.
Please note: Verification of registration may take up to three days. You will receive a separate confirmation email once the process is completed.

Step 3:
Initiate the RMA within your customer account if the device is under warranty.

Having trouble registering?

If the registration form rejects your serial number or doesn't list your product type, please don't keep trying. Contact us and we'll register the device and lodge the claim for you.
