Induction heater compatibility may vary due to the increased 12 mm cap diameter. When used with an induction heater, multiple heat cycles may be required to achieve results similar to torch heating. Compatible with The Wand without an adaptor.
The Armored Cap retains heat for an extended period and is designed with a tighter fit on VapCap tips to reduce the chance of it coming loose during use. Because of this tight fit, it may scratch certain titanium and PVD-coloured tips. Use caution when placing or removing the cap. Scratches are normal, do not affect performance, and do not pose a health risk.
