How do I send Stanmore Station Pharmacy my prescriptions?
Please use our form above - alternatively you can send them to stanmorestatinphamracy@gmail.com

Your prescriber can send your prescription directly from their clinic. If you prefer this option, please inform them at the conclusion of your health consultation.
 

How do I refill my prescription?
Send our team a message via the chat box in the bottom right.
 

How much does my prescription cost?
We do not charge above the supplier's recommended retail price. Additionally, we will always provide you with a quote before payment to ensure complete transparency in our pricing.
 

How does your delivery service work?
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, all with tracking numbers for your convenience. Our standard delivery nationwide is via registered StarTrack Express, priced at $9.99 per order.

Express Post typically aims for next-business-day delivery, though delivery times may vary based on the recipient's location.

If you're a local Sydney resident, we may also offer same-day delivery to eligible suburbs. This service costs $19.99 per order and ensures delivery by 6pm that day. If eligible, this option will appear in your patient portal when placing your order.
 

Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Due to the nature of your medication, our delivery partners cannot leave your parcel unattended.

For StarTrack delivery, a signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection at your convenience.

For same-day delivery, you or an authorized representative must be home to accept the parcel; otherwise, the courier will return the parcel to our store.
 

Do you have a cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day
